San Francisco International (SFO), San José Mineta International (SJC) and Oakland International (OAK) all serve the Stanford area. SJC is the closest airport to campus.
By train
Caltrain stops at Palo Alto Transit Center, a short ride from the Stanford Faculty Club. The free Stanford Marguerite shuttle connects the station with campus.
By car

Driving and parking
Where to park, and how to reach the Faculty Club
The Faculty Club has no attendee car park of its own. Park in campus visitor parking and walk the last few minutes.
Where to park
- Wilbur Field and Galvez Street visitor lots are the closest structured options.
- Metered spaces run along Lagunita Drive and Santa Teresa Street.
- Campus permit rules apply on weekdays: buy a daily visitor permit at the pay station or in the campus parking app before leaving your car.
- Ride-share and taxi drop-off: 439 Lagunita Drive.

Walking in from the car
- Head west along Lagunita Drive from the lots or meters.
- Pass Lagunita Court on your right; the club is just beyond, behind oak trees.
- Enter through the arcade of stone arches — registration is immediately inside. Allow 5–10 minutes on foot.
- Step-free access at the main entrance; all session rooms are on one level.

Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Mountain View all put you within a short ride of the venue.

Stanford campus and Palo Alto
Closest to the Faculty Club and walkable to University Avenue for dinner. The most convenient option if you want to skip driving entirely.
Menlo Park
Immediately north of campus and a short rideshare or Caltrain hop away, with a quieter downtown along Santa Cruz Avenue.
Mountain View
South of campus on the Caltrain line, with Castro Street restaurants and generally more availability during busy weeks.
Redwood City and San Mateo
Further north on Caltrain. Useful when Palo Alto is full or you are combining the conference with meetings in San Francisco.
