Refund policy
Cancellations are handled on the sliding scale below, based on the date we receive your written request.

| 60 days or more before the conference | Full refund |
| 30–59 days before | 50% refund |
| Fewer than 30 days before | No refund — you may transfer your pass to a colleague up to 7 days before |
Refunds are issued to the original payment method; payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@aihealthcareconference.com. Name changes are free until the transfer deadline.
