Arriving at the venue
Your check-in code
Every registration comes with a personal QR code. Here is where to find it, and what to do if the scanner will not read it.
Where to find it
- Open your registration confirmation email.
- Scroll to the block directly under the View program button — the QR code sits there with your order reference.
- Or open your ticket page from the same email, or download the attendee badge PDF, which prints the same code.
If the image does not load
- Tap “Display images” / “Show remote content” in your mail app.
- Open the ticket link instead — the code renders in your browser.
- Save the badge PDF to your phone wallet or print it before you travel.
- Lost the email? Look it up by order reference and resend it.
If scanning fails at the desk
- Turn screen brightness up and disable dark mode or auto-dimming.
- Hold the phone 15–20 cm from the scanner, flat and away from glare.
- Read out your order reference — staff can check you in manually.
- Still stuck? Email the organising team before the event and we will reissue your code.

Registration
What is included in a conference pass?
Full access to both conference days, all keynotes, panels and parallel tracks, poster and abstract sessions, catering and breaks, the networking reception, and a digital certificate of attendance.
What is the difference between the Academic and Industry passes?
The Academic pass is for faculty, researchers, clinicians and non-profit institutions. The Industry pass is for companies, health systems, startups and investors, and includes priority access to sponsor and partner sessions.
How does the pricing work?
Pricing runs in three stages — Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Standard. Only the current stage can be purchased; each stage closes automatically on its published deadline and the next one opens the following day.
Can I use a discount or group code?
Yes. If the organising committee has issued you a coupon code, enter it on the purchase page before checkout and the discount is applied to the current stage price.
Do I need an account to register?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating a free account is recommended: you receive speaker and agenda updates, keep your tickets and receipts in one place, and get post-conference follow-up materials.
What is the refund and transfer policy?
To be confirmed. Contact the organising team for any cancellation or name-change request and we will confirm the current terms in writing.
Program
When is the full program published?
The two-day session structure is published now and speaker names are added on a rolling basis as the committee confirms them. Registered attendees are emailed whenever the agenda changes.
Will sessions be recorded or streamed?
To be confirmed. The 2027 edition is an in-person conference at the Stanford Faculty Club.
Abstracts
Who can submit an abstract?
Anyone presenting original work in AI and healthcare. The submitting author must be available to present in person at the Stanford Faculty Club.
How are abstracts reviewed?
Each submission is screened for scope and completeness, then scored by the review committee against a published rubric covering relevance, novelty, rigour, impact and clarity. Authors are notified of the outcome by email.
Attending
What should I wear?
Business casual. Sessions move between rooms and the terrace, so a light layer is useful.
Are meals included?
Yes — catering, refreshment breaks and the networking reception are included in every pass.
Can I request dietary or accessibility accommodations?
Yes. Submit your request through the contact page or from your account dashboard, ideally at least three weeks before the conference so we can confirm arrangements with the venue.
Check-in
Where do I find my check-in QR code?
Your QR code is in the registration confirmation email, directly under the “View program” button. It is also on your ticket page (the link in that email) and printed on the attendee badge PDF you can download after purchase.
My email client is not showing the QR image — what now?
Some mail apps block remote images. Choose “Display images” or “Show remote content”, or open the ticket link in the same email: the ticket page renders the same code in your browser. You can also download the badge PDF, which embeds the code as vector artwork that always prints.
What if the QR code will not scan at the desk?
Raise your screen brightness, hold the phone 15–20 cm from the scanner and avoid glare from the window. If it still fails, give the registration desk your order reference (shown under the QR code and in the confirmation email) or the email address you registered with — staff can check you in manually in seconds.
Can I check in without my phone?
Yes. Print the badge PDF and bring it, or simply give your name and the email address used to register. A photo ID matching the registration name speeds up manual check-in.
