Guidelines
- Poster presentation only — oral presentation slots are assigned by the committee.
- Abstracts must describe original work in AI and healthcare.
- Include background, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Submitting author must be available to present in person at Stanford Faculty Club.
Review process
- Submitted abstracts are screened for scope and completeness.
- Each abstract is scored by the abstract review committee.
- Authors are notified by email of the review outcome.
- Accepted authors upload a final poster before the conference.

Submit your abstract
Submissions are handled in your conference account so you can track review progress and receive email updates at every step.
- 1. Create a free account or sign in.
- 2. Complete the submission form — authors, topic, abstract text and conflict-of-interest statement.
- 3. Receive an emailed confirmation with your reference code.
- 4. A handling editor is assigned; you are emailed when review starts and when a decision is made.
