Questions about attending online
Everything a remote attendee needs: what the pass includes, where to join, and how to reach us.
What do I get with a Live Online pass?
Live streaming of every keynote, panel, research and abstract session across both days, live Q&A with speakers, online networking roundtables and virtual meet-the-speaker rooms, the digital poster and abstract gallery with author messaging, on-demand recordings after the conference, and a digital certificate of attendance.
Where do I join the live stream?
Your confirmation email contains a personal join link. On the day, sign in to your account and open your dashboard — the live stream, session chat, and the virtual networking lounge all open from there. Join links go out again by email the day before the conference and one hour before each day starts.
What time do sessions start in my time zone?
The agenda is published in Pacific Time (PT), the venue's local time. Use the "My Schedule" view on the program page to convert every session — including the online networking sessions — into your own time zone, and to build a personal list of the sessions you plan to join.
Can I ask questions and network as an online attendee?
Yes. Live Q&A is open to online attendees for every session, and two dedicated online networking sessions run each day — virtual lunch roundtables on Day 1 and meet-the-speaker rooms on Day 2. You can also message poster and abstract authors from the digital gallery.
What if I miss a session or my connection drops?
Every session is recorded. On-demand recordings are released to Live Online attendees after the conference and stay available in your account, so nothing is lost if you have to step away or your connection breaks.
What do I need technically?
A modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) on desktop, tablet, or phone, and a stable internet connection. A webcam and microphone are only needed if you want to take part in the networking rooms. No software install is required.
Can I upgrade from Live Online to an in-person pass?
Yes, subject to in-person capacity. Contact us with your order reference and we will invoice the difference between your Live Online rate and the in-person rate that is on sale at the time of upgrade.
Who do I contact for help?
Email info@aihealthcareconference.com with your order reference and we will respond as quickly as possible. During the conference, the same address is monitored live, and there is a help channel inside the virtual lounge for immediate streaming or access problems.
Support contact
Email info@aihealthcareconference.com — include your order reference. Monitored live on March 18–19, 2027 during session hours (Pacific Time (PT)).
