Yasin Ceran, PhD

Yasin Ceran specializes in software platform economics, AI in healthcare, social media dynamics, and software development. His research, published in Management Science, Information Systems Research, POMS, and Cancer, includes studies on platform design, deep learning models for medical image analysis, and methodologies for analyzing user-generated content. Yasin’s ongoing projects focus on advancing AI applications in healthcare and optimizing human-machine interactions in the workforce. He is currently an assistant professor at San Jose State University and has previously taught at KAIST, South Korea. He holds a PhD in Management Information Systems and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas.
