Nadya is a visionary design leader and AI coaching expert with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, wellness, and human behavior. She brings both scientific rigor and design expertise to AI systems that drive lasting human transformation.
Most recently, she served as UX Director of Design at Panasonic Well, leading the design of an AI-driven Family Wellness Coach. Before that, she led the Fitbit Premium UX team at Google, envisioning the company’s first AI Coach for Fitness and Sleep. She also co-founded Airbnb’s Research and Design team and is the founder of Google’s Design Sprint Leadership Academy, where she trained hundreds of sprint leaders and led more than 100 vision sprints.
Nadya currently serves as AI Coaching Curator at Human Tech Week, where she curates the AI Coaching track and champions the democratization of coaching through AI.
