Dr. Manasi Rana grew up in a household of physicians, fostering an early interest in medicine and the complexities of the human mind and body. During her medical training, she gravitated toward psychiatry, recognizing the importance of treating individuals holistically rather than addressing symptoms alone.
A graduate of Stanford University, Dr. Rana completed her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and specialized in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Program from 2002 to 2006. With expertise in social services, patient education, and additional skills, she chose Kaiser Permanente to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including therapy and medication management, partnering with patients and families to foster hope.
