Poster layout checklist

Print specification and on-site checklist for accepted posters. Bring this with you when you prepare your board.

## Print specification
- Portrait orientation, A0 (841 x 1189 mm) unless organizers advise otherwise.
- Minimum body text size 24 pt; title at least 72 pt.
- Keep total word count under 800 words.

## Required elements
- Title, authors, affiliations and presenting-author contact.
- Background, methods, results, conclusion.
- At least one figure or table with a readable caption.
- Funding and conflict-of-interest statement.
- Your abstract reference code, printed bottom-right.

## On the day
- Mounting materials are provided at the poster desk.
- Be at your board for the full poster session.
- Bring a small stack of handouts or a QR code linking to your paper.
